She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University in 2005, and before transitioning into real estate spent years in marketing and sales roles at a large bank, a chamber of commerce, and a busy orthopedic group. Outside of real estate, she is passionate about interior design and home renovation. In fact, she and Dustin have renovated 6 homes for themselves over the years (yes, they are known to move a lot!). This hands-on experience has given her a keen eye for design and functionality, making her an excellent resource for clients who are looking to add value or envision a property’s full potential.

Heather enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband (Dustin), two children, the unruly dog she adopted and the not so nice cat she also adopted (see a trend here!). She stays connected to her community through her involvement at school and National Charity League. Considered an “OG” League agent, she has also served a leadership role within the company since 2020 which has allowed her to serve as a mentor to some newer agents and provide insight and ideas.
